Partner clinic FAQs

How does the partnership work?

We attract patients under our own brand and refer them to partner clinics. We fund advertising, qualify enquiries, coordinate bookings and deposits, and follow up after the consultation. Your team assesses and treats the patient. We process payments and transfer your clinic’s 60% share of collected treatment revenue.

How are you different from other DSOs?

The key difference is how we use your appointment availability. With a DSO that cannot connect to your existing PMS, you may need to reserve slots in its separate system. Your own patients cannot book those reserved slots, so if the DSO does not fill them, that chair time is lost. We connect directly to your existing PMS and book into available slots. You do not need to block out time exclusively for us. Even in a week when we do not book a patient, those slots remain available to your own patients, so no chair time is tied up waiting for our referrals.

Do we need to spend money on marketing?

No. We fund the advertising used to acquire patients for this program. Your clinic does not need to provide an advertising budget for these referrals.

Where do the patients come from?

We use paid advertising to attract people interested in implant treatment, then qualify enquiries before booking them into your clinic. Your clinical team still needs to assess each patient’s suitability for treatment.

Who handles bookings and deposits?

We qualify enquiries, build rapport and collect a deposit before booking. We connect to your clinic’s PMS, check the availability shown there and book referred patients directly into available slots. Deposit amounts and terms are confirmed during onboarding.

Is patient attendance guaranteed?

No. Qualification, rapport-building and deposits help maximise attendance, but these patients come from paid ads and have not met your dentist yet. A 100% show rate is not realistic.

Do we need to offer a free consultation?

Yes. Your team provides a free initial consultation, assesses the patient and recommends a treatment plan. Every clinical decision stays with you. The appointment deposit is separate; it is not a consultation fee.

What do we need to record after each consultation?

Keep your consultation notes, recommended treatment plan and treatment plan value up to date. Bookings and production are recorded in your clinic’s dedicated Sheet. Our payment plan team uses the consultation records to follow up and discuss payment options with the patient.

What happens after the consultation?

Our payment plan team follows up, discusses payment options and helps patients move forward with your recommended treatment. Clinical questions go back to your team, and the patient decides whether to proceed.

Who handles patient financing and payments?

We coordinate financing and handle treatment payments. We discuss available payment options after the consultation. Finance is subject to eligibility and approval; neither a referral nor a deposit guarantees approval.

How much does our clinic receive, and when?

Your clinic receives 60% of collected treatment revenue. We retain 40% to fund advertising and manage patient coordination, follow-up and payments. Settlement dates, treatment milestones and deposit accounting are agreed in writing before referrals begin.

What would our share be on an average case?

At an average case value of A$30,200, your 60% share would be A$18,120 in clinic revenue, before costs. This is an illustration, not a guaranteed case value or earnings promise. Your share is based on the treatment revenue actually collected.

Does the 60% share mean clinic profit?

No. It is your clinic’s share of treatment revenue, before its costs. We confirm responsibilities for lab work, materials, clinician fees and other treatment costs during onboarding so you can assess whether the arrangement works for your practice.

What if a patient does not go ahead with treatment?

Our team follows up to understand their questions and help them decide on next steps. Treatment acceptance is not guaranteed. The program is based on sharing collected treatment revenue, rather than charging your clinic for a patient simply attending. Cancellation and deposit arrangements are agreed during onboarding.

Are patient numbers or treatment outcomes guaranteed?

No. Tripling implant revenue is an aspiration, not a promised result. Patient volume, treatment acceptance and revenue vary with demand, availability and individual cases. Your team is responsible for clinical assessment and care; treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Which PMS systems can you connect to?

We can connect to Dental4Windows, Dental4Web, CorePractice, CareStack, Dentally, Principle and Praktika. We confirm the access and connection setup for your clinic during onboarding. Exact and Oasis are not currently supported.

Do you need access to our PMS?

Yes. We need access to your existing PMS so we can connect, check appointment availability and book referred patients directly into available slots. Your team continues using its own system.

How do we track bookings and production?

Each partner clinic has its own dedicated shared Sheet. All referred-patient bookings and production are recorded there, so your team and ours can track your clinic’s activity in one place.

Is my practice eligible?

Your Australian clinic must offer implants, All-on-X treatments and a free implant consultation, and have appointment capacity. You also need to provide access to your PMS and keep consultation records up to date. Exact and Oasis are currently unsupported, so clinics using either system are not eligible. Applications are reviewed individually.

What terms are agreed before we join?

We discuss the revenue-share arrangement, settlement schedule, treatment costs, deposit and cancellation handling, software requirements and any other fees before you commit. Any regional exclusivity or contract term must be expressly agreed; applying does not reserve a territory or confirm acceptance.

What happens after I request an eligibility check?

Our team personally reviews every application. If we’re interested in moving forward, we’ll reach out to you. The eligibility check is free and does not commit you to joining or confirm acceptance.
